From I-65: Take Exit 351 West on Hwy 72 for 1.7mi.  Turn Right (North) on Jefferson St. Continue Past Limestone County Court House. 2.9 total miles to Pryor Street.  Turn Right on Pryor travel 2 blocks.  Big Red Brick Building at Railroad Tracks. It is the Old L&N Freight Depot.
